ATP Die Grinder, Specifications Standard Equipment ATP 9913 is built for the long haul. Encased in a rugged steel housing the ATP 9913’s 1hp motor runs at 25,000 rpm’s. Equipped with an Erickson 1/4" (6.4 mm) collet chuck for precise work and extra holding power for those tough jobs. The ATP 9913 is ideally suited for use with mounted points and carbide burrs. With power to spare, the ATP 9913 is at home in the Die Shop, Foundry, Shipyard, Construction, Petrochemical, Machinery and Equipment Shop and Fabrication Shop. Its uses include die contouring, die repairing, weld cleaning, casting and forging clean-up, deburring, blending and smoothing of rubber, plastics, composites, fiberglass, steel, brass, bronze, cast iron and aluminum materials. ATP 4420 is a rugged 1/2 HP air motor encased in steel for heavy duty use and longer service life. Unique 3 ball bearing design reduces vibration for better ergonomics. One piece hardened and chrome plated spindle comes standard with 1/4" collet; 6mm, 1/8" and 5/16" collets are available as optional collets. Also available with Safety Lock-off Lever.
